Payment

 

We accept payment through PayPal.  Our PayPal user id is: slyfox@royell.org.  We also accept checks and money orders. We do not recommend you send us cash when ordering by mail.

 

Shipping

 

We ship through the United States Postal Service with tracking to USA addresses only. This allows your shipment to be tracked through the Postal Service’s website and provides us with confirmation that you have received it.  Books ship at media rate unless you ask for priority mail shipping. We do not ship internationally. 

 

Out of Stock

 

Although we stock all of the items that we advertise on this website, demand for an item may cause us to be temporarily out of stock for that particular item.  If that should occur, we will e-mail you to explain the situation and offer an estimate of when we will be able to ship the item. At that time, you will have the option of canceling your order or revising it.

 

Returns

 

You may return any item you purchase from us within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment, and we will give you a full credit or refund—if the items you return are in salable condition.  If you have used the item, removed its packaging, damaged it, etc, then it is no longer in salable condition, and we cannot accept its return and give you a refund. Moreover, we carefully check and inspect all items before packaging them for shipment.
